In its response form, the Controller may also require additional data, such as previous work experience and related details, experience and skills, a curriculum vitae (CV) or a cover letter. Any additional data provided by the candidate beyond the scope of the response form are voluntary. The Controller also processes certain identification and contact data on the basis of its legitimate interest. These legitimate interests include, in particular: processing identification and contact data and information about the course of the selection procedure for the purpose of improving the recruitment process, retaining outputs from interviews, candidate evaluations and maintaining data integrity. Such data will be encrypted and otherwise appropriately secured so that the rights and freedoms of data subjects are protected to the maximum extent possible. This processing has no negative consequences for data subjects and does not interfere with their privacy in any way.
