💪 What will you do?

You will be the first salesperson on the team – you'll help create strategy, processes, CRM, automation and the sales pitch itself 🎯.
Actively reach out to new companies – primarily in the European market 🇪🇺, with a focus on expanding our presence.
Test what works and what doesn't 🧪 – you'll be building the foundations of the sales team.
Work directly with the CEO & founder 🤝 – fast decision-making, no bureaucracy.

🔎 Who are we looking for?

You are an energetic and determined salesperson ⚡ who doesn't mind cold outreach 📞 and knows that patience is the key to success.
You have B2B sales experience 💼, ideally in HR or SaaS environment.
You can work with tools – CRM, automation, email campaigns 💻… you like to test what works.
You speak fluent English 🇬🇧 – today we're solving the EU market, tomorrow the world 🌍.
You can work from anywhere – remote is standard 🏡.
Strong contacts in your region are a big advantage.
